Metered Rates
Domestic Rates: $1.50 per cubic meter
Commercial Rates: $2.12 per cubic meter
The commercial rate is applicable to all businesses including hotels, schools, government offices and statutory corporations.
Domestic consumers are allowed to use 34m3 in a 30 day period at the domestic rate.
Consumption in excess of this is billed at the commercial rate. For periods other than 30 days, a sliding scale is used to determine the level of consumption in cubic meters to be billed at the domestic or commercial rate.
Minimum Charge
Consumption from 0 to 13m3 is billed at a minimum charge. The minimum charge is $20.00 in a thirty-day period but is pro-rated according to the number of days in the billing period.
Ships are billed at a special rate of $3.50 per cubic meter.
Sewerage
Domestic: 1/3 of Water Bill
Commercial: 2/3 of Water Bill
