The membership presentation covered a brief history of CBWMP, current membership, annual subscription and the range of services offered by the Secretariat.

The Operator Certification presentations provided details on the CBWMP/ABC Testing Agreement, responsibilities of both parties and components of the Certification Programme. It also included the role of the Certification Board, the Secretariat and member utilities in the administration of certification examination.

The presentations also focused on performance of operators in examinations, renewal of certificates and reciprocity arrangements.

At the Annual General Meeting held in St. Vincent in December 2009, the Board of Directors approved employment of an Administrative Assistant at the Secretariat. The position was advertised and applicants interviewed during the first quarter of 2010. Ms. Chantal Maxius was selected from a short list of six candidates and assumed duties in April, 2010. e-Source welcomes this latest addition to the staff of the hard working CBWMP Secretariat in St. Lucia.
